In the late 1870’s there was a moment when the railroad opened up the world but certainly to the RIchmond area. A group of railroad men saw the opportunity to take advantage of the new ease of travel and built a summer resort they named it Bon Air. 1712 Buford Road was the second home built in the original Bon Air and is sitting on 8 of the original lots. Much smaller at that time, it had a huge addition in 1913 and then all through the years with a complete renovation that was initially begun in 2010 and finished in 2012. But much is ongoing with these homes.

This home is unique in that is turnkey ready to move into right now, with only your own colors for walls or added touches needed. It is fully renovated and just waiting for your own touches.
